Arrival and departure

Your accommodation is available for you from 3.00 pm on your arrival day. We ask that you check out by 10.30 am on your departure day.

Non-smoking

We would like to point out that smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel and in all rooms. Ashtrays are available on the balcony.

Local tax

Prices are exclusive local taxes of:

€ 2.20 per person/day aged 15 and over

€6.50 per person/day from 15.05 – 31.10

Animals

– 1 dog per room is permitted.

– Please note that a daily cleaning fee of Euro 25 get charged.

– In consideration of other guests we kindly ask you to keep your four-legged friend on a leash in the hotel area.

– Dogs are not allowed in our restaurant.

– There are many walking-paths around our hotel – we kindly ask you not to do the daily “business” of your dog in our green facilities around our hotel.

Cancellation conditions

FREE – up to 31 days before the start of your holiday
70% of the total costs – when cancelling between 30 and 15 days before arrival
80% of the total costs – when cancelling between 14 and 8 days before arrival
100% of the total costs – when cancelling between 7 and 0 days before arrival (no-show)

In the event of a tightening of statutory COVID 19 guidelines (lockdown, travel ban) cancellation is available free of charge at any time. We recommend taking out TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE including COVID coverage.
